F1 Portugal GP 2021 schedule: The battle continues

F1 Portugal GP is the third round this season to continue the battle between Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen in the drivers “standings, with the previous Emilia Romagna just adding fuel to the fire of the drivers” standings, just one point between these two courageous men.

The Autodromo Internacional do Algarve – colloquially known as Portimao – has been briefly inserted into the Formula One calendar amid the changes in 2020, as there has never been a Formula One world championship race before. The circuit was previously used for pre-season Formula One testing in the winter of 2008-09, while some drivers, including Daniel Ricciardo, Charles Leclerc and Valtteri Bottas, experienced the Portuguese circuit during their junior careers.  F1 Portugal GP 2021 will run over 66 laps of the 4.684 kilometers.
