Hungarian Grand Prix is over, but the impressions are been, even what kind of emotional! We have a long break ahead and Formula 1 next racing weekend is still far. Only comments are further and more, who's the best driver: Mr. Hamilton or Mr. Verstappen Here are 5 facts why should rewatch Hungarian Grand Prix.
This race would be in my top of best emotional Formula 1 races. I think it's for you too. The spirit of struggle was at every turn of the Hungarian race circuit. Mainly it concerns the confrontation between Mercedes AMG F1 team and Red bull racing. Even in those moments when it seemed that everything was already decided, the drivers had been continuing to fight to the last. It's usually in the movies.
2. Scuderia Ferrari F1 team' real power.
It is sad to say, but if you look at the whole season of this team, the Hungarian GP shows real tension. We can argue to the last about the f1 car's settings, conditions, and competitors, even about Ferrari drivers' mood. However, this does not change anything. There is a gap and it is big. Approximately + 30 seconds per race.
3.Formula 1 strategy.
Usually, we used to see Mercedes AMG F1 team speed advantage and didn't expect to see how important the strategy of the whole team. And this is one of the main features of Formula 1 races. Moreover, the strategy is one of the main features of any Motorsports races. The Hungarian Grand Prix once again reminded the fans how important strategy and full team's unity.
4. Mutual respect.
What I always like in Motorsport of nowadays (you may not agree), it is a worthy acceptance of victory or defeat. There is no place for unnecessary emotions. At the end of the Hungarian Grand Prix, every driver took his place with dignity. Usually, this is a famous feature for Mr. Vettel, but in Hungary, all looked very decent.
5. Pressure until the last moment.
Mercedes AMG F1 team taught us to see predictable races in Formula 1. And we a little forgotten how to be nervous and worry, by one word - to feel pressured for the whole team. Almost the full Hungarian race was held in suspense. I thought that this applies only to F1 fans at first, however - in each F1 team reigned full concentration until the last lap, and even after the checkered flag.
In a word - it was very unpredictable. Why am I writing about this? Because the Hungarian GP should be added to a personal collection of the best F1 races, well, why, I think you already guessed.
Looking forward to Formula 1 summer tests.
