You dreamed so long time, and did everything to dream come true. You worked on yourself day by night. And here is it, dream comes true.  Your name allows you fly by Charter plane, and respect of other people allow to do command. It happened. What's next?
Someone says, perfection hasn't limit, but everyone has this is own.

And if your limit is reached, where to go next?
Who to ask for advice ?
What to do when the dream came true?
How to wouldn't stop?
How to choose your way right?

I'm more than just to be sure, driver Mattias Ekström knows the answers to all these questions. His example is an example for us, for everyone.

Step № 1.  Always do more then others!
Mattias Ekström participate in serious Motorsports championships since 1997. At that time he was only 19 years old. I don't think he knew whom wanted to be and which goals he needed to overcome, but answer was obvious - to be a champion! And that's who he is.
Great future champion made his debut in DTM (2001), and all 17 years defended Audi's title. Swede started 20 times from pole position, won 25 races, 83 times climbed the podium, and became a champion for two times, in 2004 and 2007. All of these for 215 races. What to do when the dream came true?

There were such thoughts in Swede driver. What's about results? How is that even possible? - you may ask. However, Ekström will answer you – "Nothing is impossible!» DTM championship, Nascar races, Ekström showed his opportunities in WRC championship. First time was with Mitsubishi Lancer Evo IV, and then with Škoda Fabia WRC driving

Step № 3. Don't look back!

How to wouldn't stop?
Journalists like to add fuel to the fire with theirs "what a pity" "what a news"
When the invitation to the press conference in Salzburg landed in my inbox last week, I immediately thought: 'Oh no, Ekstrom is quitting!' - Julia Spacek, Motorsport's Editor

But, it's okay, people will always stop you, because there are changes.
Nothing like that! They need to speak "what a joy!".Despite all the achievements and awards, Mattias Ekström found the strength to leave these behind and move on. He found self-power don't looking back and leaves this comfort zone.
"Pretty early last year I decided to do one championship for 2018," Ekstrom explained.

Step № 4. Your judge is yourself (listen to yourself only)!

Who to ask for advice? They say that he has consulted with his friends, colleagues and his family. No matter what anyone said, he made that decision by himself only. I'm pretty sure no one was able to give him an answer he wanted to hear. And…"This was one of the most difficult decisions I've ever had to make,” Mattias Ekström.
And it was the truest and the right!
