What would help Daniil Kvyat's F1 return hopes?

Taisiya Lavi March 14, 2018

Daniil Kvyat had been losing his place in Formula 1 racing very gradually. He drove for Toro Rosso F1 team since the fifth stage of the season in the 2016  year. Although he was  Red Bull Racing F1 Team's driver before. How is it possible, that his career could be ended in this way? Brendon Hartley knows the answer.
Endurance racing would help Daniil Kvyat's F1 return hopes....You really have this open environment where, if one guy is quicker, you have to accept that very quickly and say 'yeah, he was quicker today', what's he doing, let's chat to him and work it out.. - said Toro Rosso's Brendon Hartley
On the one hand, Brendon Hartley is right. The New Zealander has every right to give advice. First of all, he had been dropped from the junior program in 2010. As the second: he has successful experience in the World Endurance Championship (WEC).

On the other hand, does Daniil Kvyat really need these tips? I mean, is this the right way? Did nobody remember why the Russian driver had lost place in F1?
I 'm not an expert, but in my opinion, the trouble was quite different. Let's be honest! It is not that he lacked faith, or Daniil had bad behavior, no. Kvyat did everything right, but...Pierre Gasly eyes shining more in anticipation of F1 race and burned brightly always. Why? What is missing Daniil Kvyat and why WEC is the way that could be?

1.Self-concentration.Yeah, it's hard with team-condition. Moreover, must be considering you have a team-mate. However, men would agree, it's very important - to focus solely on your own efforts achievements too because shortcomings help to achieve success.

2. Self-confidence. There is a lot of literature on how to be more confident. This is important for every person. However, I'm talking about inner self-confidence. In other words, no matter what or how happened something, because you need to be confident about all will be well. Do ask Mark Webber or Lewis Hamilton about it. These guys know a lot.

3. There is only one force - is win. Look at the flashing fire into Pierre Gasly eyes or Carlos Sainz jr.! These guys know only one thing is important, this is racing and winning. I'll be honest, women prefer those men, who don't recognize the second place. There is Motorsport and the only number - is 1. So, it doesn't how was your day, who said a bad word. You can call it an obsession, but that's not enough. Although, this is only my opinion.

4. Self-flexibility. We must pay tribute to Daniil Kvyat, he wasn't upset when getting to Toro Rosso F1 Team. Although, Carlos Sainz (for example) has always a victory in mind. In other words: it is necessary to find a way, way to victory under any conditions and circumstances.

5. Self-closed. You know, as less we know about a person, as more we like. Russians are straightforward people, they tell what they think. Meanwhile, motorsport is not that place for this. The main dialogue should be with F1 car, not with others. It was necessary to keep a pause for analyzing, and not for talking.

6. The ability to work into the team. You know, it sounds very simple, but it is very difficult in real life. The ability to find a common language with the team; means to say what you need to say. There is a huge understanding that you are the main cog in a large mechanism called "Toro Rosso F1 team". Brendon Hartley told about this, and it's impossible to disagree with him.

7. Self-endurance. You can't argue with the fact that WEC racing very difficult for a human. Moreover, it's the test of internal power. I think you know what I'm talking about if you've ever been in an extreme environment. It is very difficult to assume whether Daniil Kvyat listens to Hartley's words, but those words were heard.

Anyway, many people, especially F1 driver fans, believe in his career isn't over. Russian driver is Ferrari's development driver in 2018 year.
